We'll start by getting to know each other and outlining your unique needs and goals. I’ll invite you to your client portal and help you understand how to navigate it and view the project’s progress.

We'll dive deep into your brand's personality, values, and vision through completing a comprehensive questionnaire. We’ll define the messaging around who you serve and why.

Design Phase

I’ll get to work designing the items needed for your package while referring back to the strategy document we created so we stay aligned and design with purpose.

Step 4

Refinements & Feedback

We’ll review and refine any details as necessary to ensure your deliverables reflect your business’s vision and goals.

Final Touches & Offboarding

I'll add the finishing touches, ensuring that every detail is perfect before I hand over the final files.

  • Time estimates vary depending on project scope, as well as client response time. I will share specific timelines once you’ve inquired and I’ve learned more about your project goals.

  • Currently I’m focusing on designing Squarespace websites. I’m familiar with Showit as well, so if your heart is set on using that, we can make it work! Additionally, I can create designs in Figma or Adobe XD that can be passed on to a developer.

  • Yes! Once your website is finished and all payments have been received, I will transfer ownership of your website to you. You will be responsible for subscribing to a Squarespace plan and purchasing your domain.

  • Yes! Mobile-view is just as important as the desktop view, and I’ll ensure both views are responsive, readable, and that the views display properly across various screen sizes.

  • Web design clients of mine will receive helpful Google Doc worksheets to DIY their own copy. If copywriting is not your thing, we can discuss handing it off to me!

  • You will need to pay for your own subscription to Squarespace. You may also need to purchase high-quality stock photos if you don’t want to use free commercial license photos I source for your site. Other purchases will be discussed on a case by case basis.

  • I’m not a legal professional. However, I can recommend resources for you to purchase for your website. Ultimately it’s the responsibility of the business owner to purchase legal items for running their business.

  • Of course! It is my goal for you to be able to update and maintain your website yourself once our work together is complete. That’s why I provide light training and video tutorials to help you manage your site going forward. If you need more in-depth assistance at a later stage, please contact me and we can discuss how I can help!

  • I follow Squarespace’s SEO checklist to optimize your site for search engines, and I provide basic advice on how to do this yourself as you continue to grow your site.

  • For a Brand Identity, you’ll receive a full suite of logo files in PNG, JPG, SVG, and PDF formats. The most common types you’ll be using are PNG and JPG.

  • If you’re looking for social media graphics and templates, content creation, CRM form design, course materials, etc. I’m happy to discuss your needs and create a bespoke package for you. Additionally, I can help you at my hourly rate of $40/hour.

  • Yes! Most commonly used third-party tools can be integrated with Squarespace. We’ll go over which integrations you’ll need during our discovery call.
